One of the major Yatras in Maharashtra is held every year at Naitale, Niphad, Nashik District from Paush Poornima to Paush Amavasya. Millions of people from Maharashtra and outside Maharashtra attend the Yatra.The songs written by Prof. Shirish Gandhe on this journey and Sri Matobarai have been composed by music composer Chandra Mohan and sung by Mr. Ulhas Adhav, Bhushan Kumar and Radhika Hangekar.
