Cybercrime, cyber frauds are currently on the rise. If society wants to be saved from this, it is necessary for everyone to become cyber literate. The 5th anniversary of “Cyber Sakshar” was recently celebrated in Nashik. Nashik Cyber Police Station Senior Police Inspector Suraj Bijli, Assistant Police Inspector Danish Mansuri, Bhushan Deshmukh and others were present on this occasion.
On the occasion of the 5th anniversary of Cyber Sakshar Organization and Nashik Cyber Police, ‘Cyber Awareness Posters’ were unveiled by Senior Police Inspector Bijli. Bijli expressed the opinion that ‘Cyber Sakshar’ has been doing a good job of cyber awareness from the last 5 years and they should do this work on a larger scale. He also discussed with the attendees about the various types of cyber frauds that are going on at present. Danish Mansuri asked some questions and guided the students, while praising the work of Cyber Sakshar.
Onkar Gandhe, Cyber Security Expert and Director of Cyber Sakshar, thanked all the participants and mentioned that they will make a few lakh people cyber literate in the coming years.
Various activities are implemented across Maharashtra through Cyber Sakshar Organisation. Cyber security training camps and lectures are conducted by Cyber Sakshar at many places like schools, colleges, offices etc. Also, various courses on cyber security and ethical hacking from basic to professional are taken by cyber sakshar. On the occasion of the 5th anniversary of Cyber Sakshar, certificates were distributed to the students who passed the cyber security course by dignitaries.
On this occasion cyber students Chaitanya Sonar, Rituja Suryavanshi, Srirang Bhavsar etc expressed their thoughts and assured to make everyone cyber literate.
